Refile
Usually mandatory, except for certain newspaper inserts printed on web-fed presses that given their differentiated format are not trimmed.

Folds
Inform number of folds. If there are any non-standard folds, please send a sample of a folding scheme, always providing the final fold measurements.

Inserts (dust covers and fliers)
Define structure by stating format, type of paper, quantity of colors and inserts. Also inform if they will be attached or self-standing.

Perfect binding (glued)
According to the size of press. It may be feasible depending on the number of pages of the final product.

Hard cover (deluxe books)
Ask about the most adequate cover paper and base paper specifications. Posigraf provides options (PUR glues) that can replace saddle stitching.

Saddle stitched
Inform number of stitches. For inserts it is important to inform maximum and minimum formats.

Trimmed, scored and perforated
Inform quantity and location. If necessary, please send drawings.

Lamination
Certain applications will require a lamination-free area, especially for glued products. Please keep in mind weight of paper; paper weighing less than 150 gr/m2. should not be laminated.

Die cutting
The size of die cutting rules will affect costs. Please send rule design and size.

Screen ruled
Inform number of pages (or sets) per block, color of glue and type of paper required for block front and back cover.

Posters
Check maximum formats with the printers. If you need hanging support, check requirement for larger margins on the final format.

Envelopes
Choose from standard formats rather than special ones. For special format envelopes, please send design of die cutting knives.
