Gráfica Posigraf is founded.
1978
Posigraf buys the first quality printer.
1979
Posigraf starts to distribute teaching material for schools.
Distribuidora Positivo is set up.
1986
Posigraf moves to its present headquarters at the Industrial
City of Curitiba.
1988
Posigraf buys its first heatset web-fed press to print teaching
and semi-commercial material.
1990
Posigraf buys its second heatset web-fed press and starts
to produce commercial works and services for new customers.
1992
Posigraf buys its first 5-color printing machine.
It starts printing the weekly issue of regional Veja Magazine.
Top of Marketing prize awarded by the Brazilian Association
of Sales and Marketing Directors of Brazil – Paraná
Chapter (ADVB - PR).
1997
Posigraf is granted the ISO 9002 Certificate for all phases
of the printing process.

Association) ranking – Book, magazines, commercial
and promotional printed material sector.

2002
Posigraf buys a New Muller Martini.
New CtP (Computer to Plate), computer files are sent directly
to the printing plate.
Posigraf buys Man Roland Uniset 70 web-fed presses.
2003
Uniset web-fed presses operation start up (production capacity
increases by 80%).
(Implementation of the Personnel Management System).
2004
8 and 9 M-1000-B heatset web-fed presses are under operation,
increase printing production capacity by 40%, and provide
top quality printing for books and magazines .Posigraf is
nominated the largest printing plant in Latin America according
to the ranking published in Revista Artes Gráficas,
Nov/2004 issue.New Mueller Martini saddle stitching machine.
2005
Posigraf wins for the second consecutive year the Gold Supplier
Award granted by O Boticário.
It buys a 5- and- 6-color Heidelberg Speedmaster sheet-fed
press.
